Big EQ mount for sale

Hi Everyone,
I worked hard on this renovation, but circumstances changed.
I hoped to make a permanent observatory, this is not the case anymore.

This mount was a AO originally.
With lots of TLC, and engineering, the mount improved a lot.
To list it: the DEC shaft has a trust-bearings and ball bearings at north,
needle at the south with thrust bearings for the clutch.

The RA has the same arrangement.
The clutches work in the similar way like the Losmandy G11.

Drive is dual axis stepper from a non-go-to EQ6. Modified with Darren H.
PIC for micro-stepping. The processor can be programmed for different worm ratios. At this arrangement the RA has a brass worm with 169:1 ratio, the dec has a 90:1 .

All worm adjustment possible do to re-engineered worm carriage.

This mount can carry 30kg easy. On the picture the 12.5" Cassegrain
with 16" OD tube. The counterweight has a extension for dumbbell weight shaft so the balance is easily adjustable.

Please note the Cassegrain is not for sale (yet), and the electronic box and cable not installed yet.

This is a big heavy mount suitable for permanent observatory. Can be used for refractor/cass or the piers extension removed perfect for a big Newtonian. Please note this is suitable for a person with mechanical end electronic knowledge.

Because of the size and weight local pick-up only.

Please make an offer or I happy to trade for telescope gear.

Mick.
