Gregs about to buy a proper roaster for his business, either a 2 or 5 kg one. He roasts his own personal at the moment using a popcorm maker.

Merlo Private Blend.
Best I've tasted and the reason why I won't bother roasting again!

We use Aromas Chicago Dark for the business.
Pioneer Roastery at Yandina have a superb range of coffees too.
They recently advertised that they had small supply of Kopi Luwak for sale. It's something you'd have to try just once isn't it.
Still reckon I'd gag at the thought of it though.

I'm a bit of a novice here Astrojunk. How does a good rant earn him, or anyone, income?

It's all about traffic - lots of people will sneaky beak a good scrap, and a percentage of those will click on a revenue generating feature such as a google ad. When the word gets around, thousands can visit.

I haven't tried kopi luwak myself Kerrie.
Can't justify paying $50 for a cup of coffee. Madness.
I have thought, just in passing mind you, of force feeding my Kitty Kat some coffee cherries and making a bit of money on the side (or back side, whatever). I'll only charge $40 a cup.

For that sort of money, I wouldn't mind putting on the rubber gloves.

What I would like to know is the mindset of the person who tried it first . Were they walking through a forest behind a furry little beastie when it took a dump "look theres a coffee bean in there, hmmm wonder how it will go if I roast it and make a cuppa? .
(sorry off track but you did it first )
