City by the river

Some pics of Perth/Swan river/kings park on a bright sunday morning , nothing special by way of technique just "tourist shots" after staying in the city overnight , i was hoping to get some of the wallibies who where staying in the same hotel but no sign of them after losing to SA

Stuart your first shot there, has been immortalised by a buddy of mine in Perth. Here is a link to the shot. He calls it BFG9000. Rightly so. I am going there in October and want to shoot this tower.

Paul, that shot on DA is awesome, really does look like something out of Quake

Cheers......Paul you should find some good inspiration around the city and swan day or night when you come , during the warmer months the council has coloured lights highlighting the bell tower and the strand of gum trees lining the main avenue of kings park , creates a pretty cool atmosphere for photography.Robin cool shots of melbourne , hope to get there one day {maybe if West coast makes it to the grand final}...Thanks Mike

Thanks Mick , i think you would find it a challenge mate to catch a sly Swan river Bream ,crafty buggers , the bridge in the second pic is where i head at night to try my hand
