Lookin' good already from here. Just had a peek through the 10x25s. Venus is very bright and Jupiter is easily visible.

Yes. I've been watching them since 11 o'clock this morning.

It's good fun being able to see them so easily in daylight.

Some gaps started to appear between high clouds. At this stage 50/50 for Sydneysiders.

Ok....The sky's pristine. ....There's no wind. .....and I can see Jupiter already without my glasses on. .....Goin' for the 135mm Canon tonight, fingers crossed, you know that bugger Murphy.
