Some old birds...

A few shots from the "Fly-In" at Cootamundra Airport today for those who enjoy older aircraft.

Taken with a Canon 30D on Auto.

Cheers

Nice photos John. Is the 4th airplane a Westland Lysander? And the 7th a Tiger Moth?

Cheers

Hi Dennis

The aircraft, in order are:

CAC Wirraway, Cessna 140, Tiger Moth Cockpit, Fairchild F24W-41A Argus 11, Ryan PT22, De Havilland DHC-1 Chipmunk T.10 , DH Australia DH82a Tiger Moth and the engine of the CAC Wirraway.

Some more shots:

The unusual twin tailed aircraft is a Forney F-1 Aircoupe.

Cheers

Wow, that Ryan is gorgeous, I didn't know there were any of those here in Aus.

Cheers,
