Hi All,
Due to the interest in the Astronomy 161 and 162 podcasts I thought I'd share this one that I've found.
While browsing the itunes podcast directory I noticed this one but the URL to subscribe was bad. A bit of digging and I found the lecturers website and an updated URL for this particular course. From what I've looked at so far it's very similar to Astronomy 161, perhaps a little more basic. The difference with this one is that the lecturer has recorded video of the lectures. The video shows what he's showing on the screen and an overlay of him actually giving the lecture in the corner.
Unlike Astronomy 161 with this one you can see what he's talking about without having to imagine it. I showed my wife briefly and she has expressed interest in watching it so this could be perfect for people that struggle a bit with some of the concepts of motion, light etc.
There's an audio version as well for the bandwidth challenged. Here's the link to the website where you can find the XML links.
