Jupiter this morning - 24th March

Hi folks,
Well early this morning the cloud had parted to a misty and steady looking sky. Quickly setup and was disappointed with the seeing to start with (5am) but within half a hour the seeing got very good and when it got very nice a started my first avi...well you can guess what happened next, a real thick fog rolled in and even the moon vanished to a bright blob..
Well I can`t complain, I did get one nice avi!...
Best 300 out of 1200 frames with my toucam and 6" newtonian...
now only if I had a 12"....
Thanks for looking and CS people!
cheers Gary

Nicely done, Gary! Great image. I see some nice detail inside the GRS.

I've been away for a few days so I'm hoping for some more clear skies this week!

Terrific image Gary, especially for 6" of aperture – well done!

Cheers

Excellent image Gary, you captured so much detail with such little aperture.

Just think what you would be able to do with 12".

Well done.
