Awesome moon shot!
Details on processing please.
I took a similar moon pic 2 nights ago and have not done any processing on it. Will post with some other pics later today for your comments.

...now why didnya upload that on IIS? ..are those footprints I see? ..hehe I need a bigger monitor! 22" is not enuff!!

Thank you all for the feed back.

AP155, 2 frame STL11k Mosaic. Combined in PS2. Used non linear curves, one pass of smart sharpen and one pass of USM both at around 30%.

Very nice indeed, Peter. Beautiful sharp image.

You might want to raise the black point around the outsides/background of the moon though, I can see some posterisation from the jpeg compression.

very nice peter not overdone either.... one teeny weeny flaw the merging of sinus iridium to the west on promentorium heraclides
