Very nicely captured, Eric!!!!!

That particular PN doesn't have a name other than NGC2022, so you can call it whatever you want to.
How about Eric's Planetary

Another nice capture Eric. I know the Hubble image has more detail but I prefer your image. I think it's the wider field that gives the "smoke ring" in the middle of nowhere effect.

Cheers

Very nice image, almost as good as hubbles! I see Hubble gives a false color representation? Or maybe that's not just visible light.

Yes another good shot, good to see youre getting clear skies too
Yes HST shots are often in false color, actually I wish there were true colour, thats why I like looking at images like this, showing it in its true colours

Excellent shot for the gear you have, well done. It appears over time your skills and object selection have now extracted the absolute max from your rig, you might have hit a brick wall Eric. Bout time someone say donated an Astro cam for you go to the next level ;-). I think you would progress in leaps and bounds, given the chance, you certainly have the talent!.

Thanks Eric. you must have really dark skies to be able to see that. the only planetary i can see is M27 or my eyes are just getting worse.

CHeers Ric. The image has been cropped down to actual size. the uncropped version has a much bigger fov.
