Just remembered that very early on I bought an overpriced 4" reflector on a homemade GEM. It was OK but a bit wobbly. Lent it to a friend who noticed dust on the mirror and cleaned it with a tissue. Silver coating doesn't like that sort of treatment, so had it aluminised but it was more crap thereafter and I tossed it.
Televue Nagler 22mm, 11mm, 9mm, 4.8mm (very old type I), Everbrite 2" diagonal and 2" big barlow. Used them approximately five times and they sat in a box until I sold them. I should have realised that imaging was in my blood from the very beginning. A complete waste of time and money from my perspective.
My 10" Saxon Newt OTA. I bought it secondhand earlier this year to tide me over while I waited for the FLT132 but it turned out the FLT132 arrived a lot faster than I expected and I've hardly mounted it since. It's a nice scope but I have no use for it now. Guess I could sell it.
A fork mounted C8. I bought this at the same time/from the same seller as an ED80, mostly as an impulse purchase.
I already have a GEM mounted C8 so the fork mounted one gets little use (twice in the last 12 months)
i regret buying my NP101mm only because when i got it a month later they brought out the isNP101mm which would have been better for my STL-11000M. Still very happy with this scope.

a 2 inch uhc filter, visually it just turns all the objects blue. if i do visual observing i just stick to the dark parts of the sky, and leave the glow to the west from the city alone
