What a lovely suprise!

I got home today to check my emails, to find a message from a mob called, "Rainy day magazine."

They saw fit to publish my observatory in their media. http://www.rainydaymagazine.com/RDM2...rysObservatory

I am chuffed to bits!

Baz.

Barry,

well done on this recognition for your project - well deserved.
As a matter of interest, do you need planning permission for this type of building?

Cheers,

Thanks all!

Paul, yes I did have to get permission from the local land planning authority. As it is in the front yard and it is over 3 metres high, there are quite a few limitations on streetscape. After a few lengths of red tape, all was quite easy in the end.
