it mentions a 2.5% surcharge for paypal although on the order form it says 3% surcharge.

Thanks Mick - it's actually 3% now (paypal put their fees up some time ago). I forgot to update one of the pages.

Another couple of payments have been received that I don't have orders for - please make sure you press SUBMIT, which is on the 2nd page. The button on the first page is to PREVIEW your order, and then you SUBMIT once you've confirmed the details.
It's easier to chase up people who haven't paid, but finding someone who paid money but you don't have their details, is tricky - especially given nicknames on forums

Oh and the books were received yesterday - i'll be sending some out today and tomorrow for those whose payments have been received. But I mightn't get to all of them until the weekend.

As a general rule, I don't give any confirmation that i've received payment. More likely, you would hear from me if I haven't received payment within a week or two.
When I get a proper shopping cart system up and running that will most likely change and there'll be more/better communication.
