Yes John, here they are, and an aerial shot of the Camp. Google has finally done Snake Valley in High Res!

This is the co-ords for the centre of the observing field (marked with the yellow cross):
37* 38' 27.17" S
143* 35' 23.78" E
Elev: 422m

Sorry, I don't know the deviation at the Camp. Last few Camps I just set up at about 12 degrees East, same as I do at home 2.5k away.

THINGS TO SEE & DO

For anyone coming to Camp (or thinking about coming) there is plenty to do during the daytime, especially for those bringing kids.

Apart from the on-site swimming, canoeing, fishing, etc (bring your own canoes etc), and the local sights: Computer and Video Game Museum, Historic Gold sites, Sovereign Hill, Eureka Stockade, etc, there is also the Ballarat Show which is on Friday Saturday and Sunday. Ballarat is only 20 minutes away.

There is bush-walking at the back of the Camp, and General Stores within 5 minutes in both directions.

In Snake Valley is a Golf Course if you feel like a round.
