First Light - Tuc 47

well, Finally my first imaging session with the eq6 pro.

to say it went smoothly would be a lie, nothing went right, from the RA drive not slewing to not being able to get any accurate goto, but after about 3-4 hours, it all decided to work perfectly.

I decided to give Tuc a try, in an easy position.

I believe my focus is out along with the collimation of the scope, have to go down and get some collimation stuff I think, you can see on the stars around the edges, even though I cropped the Image.

I also captured another set of images but I have stacked them yet.
Details-
16x30 second ISO 1600
8x30 second ISO 200
stock canon 350D

Processed and stacked in photoshop.

I just collimated the scope, I think, all the circles match up now so thats got to do something, I suppose 3 years is a long time for a dob to go with out collimation, but I've been reading how to do it, didn't understand a word of it, and thought, why don't a twist thing till it all matches the end result,
I found that I have to loosen the lock screw then use the adjustment screws then once it's all aligned tighten the lock screws up again,
so Hopefully next time out I should have better images,
