why is it always cloudy when i shoot the moon ??

On the first one Benny there's a yellow colourcast, try removing it in PS.

Try this:

Apply a:
Cooling Filter (80) @ 30%
Shadow/Highlights | Highlight - Amount 31% , Tonal Width 48%, Radius 13px
- Color Correction = -31, Mid tone = +10

Hue/Saturation | Hue = +2, Saturation = -19, Lightness = -3

Unsharp Mask | Amount 500%, Radius 0.2, Threshold 0.

Brightness/Contrast | Brightness = -4, Contrast = 0

Of course you can adjust these values to suit your taste and your monitor display.
It's a very nice capture.

Also I like the mood and atmosphere you've captured in the second one along with the earthshine.
