Kulnura in September ?
Hello, I was just wondering when in September would people be going to Kulnura for some viewing, assuming its on etc,etc
According to the google moon calendar, the new moon is on Tuesday Sept 11(!!). Would the 8th be better that the 15th ???

I'm guessing it would be the 8th. I'm keen to go in September.
I'll have to work on a leave pass - my wife's brother gets married the next day. So it won't be a late one for me!

If i am off duty on the sunday i will make a concerted effort to go, surely the rosters can't punish me every month.
Take care all and will try and catch up then

I have a teacher over fron Canada and he is keed to have a look up at the great southern heavens. The 8th or the 15th sound good to me. I had better go Hedgehog hunting.

I can't make the 8th, would be happy with the 15th. The moon won't set for an hour or three, but that should be ok.

No one organizes it. The guys just try and be there around a new moon weekend. After we get the ok from the frogman.
P.S. No luck so far on my hedgehog hunt, the little buggers are well and truely onto me. I might need to wipe the stale blood off my axe!!
