Full frame DSLR moon image

Hi, Thought Id try the Moon tonight with modded 350D and 10 inch scope.
5x ISO 100 pics, 10 inch f5.6 Newtonian UV/IR filter, MPCC mirror lock on
Manually aligned and stacked in PS, unsharp masked.
Seeing no good for high magnification work

Gee Scott, the detail is magnificent!!! Focus is spot on, and the colour is beautiful, just a faint hint of colours

Good stuff Scott, I love full frames shots of the moon, been cloudy here so haven't had a chance to experiment more with settings for next months Eclipse.

What are you doing taking shots of the moon, did you run out of faint fuzzies?

Beautiful shot anyway.

At least you can image the Moon and not have to worry about Moon Glow from the Moon
