For Sale 10" LX200 with Enhanced Coatings (EMC)

I have for sale a 10" LX200 with Enhanced Coatings (EMC), my first GOTO; she has been a truly fantastic telescope. This telescope has given me my first true sighting of the Great Red Spot on Jupiter; late I came to appreciate other detail such as oval spots, festoons and plumes. Using the GOTO system made finding deep space object a breeze and make you truly appreciate these wonders. Photographically, she is a wonderful telescope for planetary image and a stable platform for the ED80 (see image attached).

The unit as never failed nor been repaired, no wobbles, no gear play, no nothing. Optics are excellent, and clean.

Hi Simon

The telescope was purchase in 2000 from Astro Optical. That makes it 7yrs old. As I have said earlier it has been housed in an observatory most of its life other then dust which has been cleaned of it is in excellent condition. I am also considering reducing the price for prospective customers.
