Omega Centauri with ED80

I took this photo with a Skywatcher ED80 mounted on HEQ5 mount. I used a Canon EOS 350D Digital SLR at prime focus.

I must admit I was pretty chuffed with this 30 second exposure My best yet.

Ah, a good shot, and one which will no doubt set the hook for further imaging.
Nothing like a decent shot first time round, makes you want more. Keep at it.

Very flat image with good tracking,
I've got the same scope on a much less worthy mount!!
I'm looking to get the HEQ5 mount soon.
That's great for a 30 sec exp! Well done.

Good one Hagar for a 30 sec exposure, well done indeed, do a few more of them and combine them and you would have a ripper image.
