Hi there

Do you know which refractor it is for? Or the shaft size or focuser size?

Thanks

It fits 1/4" shafts.

Its not made for a specific focuser, but it does require that the existing pinion gear and knobs are held in via 4 screws. I've got one fitted to a 2" focuser but it would also fit a 1 1/4" focuser.

Cheers

Is there any reason it would only fit Refractors? Or could it work on a Newtonian?

Hi,

It may well do, it would depend on the focuser you were trying to fit it to. I just havent seen the FF-1 used on a reflector before. The manufacturer of these is Mercury Systems. I think they have a web-site which can be visited although I believe they dont make the FF-1 any more.

Cheers
