Eta Carinae - NGC3372

Shot last night before high cloud blanketed the skies over Perth with a foggy wash. Shame, being the darkest night of the month.

details : Prime Focus - 200mm Newt - EQ6 - 350D - MPCC - 30sec @ iso 1600

Well done Steve. There is quite a bit of noise in the outer regions. You'll need to increased your exposure time and combine exposures to get a better S/N ratio. Still a good effort for 30secs.

I agree, there is a little noise, but it is still a nice pic!
