M83 and Omega Centauri 9/4/07

Although I was having problem with the new software, I managed to capture these two. Both are a series of 5 frames, Omega 5 x 120sec, M83 5 x 150sec. Stacked in DSS and final processing in PS. I am very happy with the result for M83, although light pollution is severely hampering getting any deeper with it.

EDIT: Both taken Prime Focus through the 8" F6. Oh I also got a Jupiter too LOL, which looks crap.

Thanks guys, I was happy with M83 the amount of detail in such a short time and poor guiding. I am going to have to give this another go, closer up I think.
