Celestron C11 OTA

C11 OTA for sale. $3100 ONO

Includes star diagonal, one eye piece, 8 x50mmfinder scope, Dew Sheild , camera mount, base plate and carrying case.

Has Star Bright Coatings and weighs about 12.5kg.

There is no mount.

Found the scope was to heavy for the mount I had it on.

Does this scope have starbright XLT coatings? How old is the OTA?

What weight in that OTA?
I am wondering whether it would be too heavy for an LXD 75 mount which accomodates a 10" SN, but would take no more.

The C11 OTA is approximately 12.5kg.
The LXD 75 has a theoretical weight capacity of 21kg.

Technically it would work, but you'd also need to consider the weight of other accessories and whether this would affect the tracking accuracy.
