Moving is a pain in the neck!

I'd forgotten how much work moving is!!!

While we are now well and truly in our new rental house, we are still largely living out of boxes...

Wow, it is amazing how much junk we have accumulated in just over 5 years at our last place...no wonder the trade deficit keeps growing...

Oh well it is not easy being "consumers"...

At least I've found all of my astronomy gear now and at first glance it all looks okay...if only I could find the box with my clean underwear ...

By my calculations, I have moved house 34 times, since I can remember, My Dad was in the Pommie Air Force and we moved a lot.
I hate moving..........

Mike.

I guess I've been lucky with landlords, only two places in the last 28 years. I've been in my present house for 18 years so you can imagine how much stuff/junk I've 'gathered' in that time.
With any luck, my next move will be the last (retirement!)

Moving, one of the more unpleasant jobs IMHO The older one becomes the more crap one accumulates, the bigger the pain in the bum moving becomes

When I was 16 years old or so, I worked as a removalist. I enjoy physical work, so I didn't mind the job.

However, the thing I hated about the job was the dust! It got everywhere, and being a bit suseptible to allegies and the like, I spend many an evening sneezing after a hard day's work.
