a bridge, a smile, a beach and some rocks

cheryl and i went into the city last night ... we were supposed to see a band but got the date wrong
anyhow we rarely let an opportunity pass us so we had dinner at a german restaurant and went for a walk around the harbour bridge and rocks area which is teaming with photographic opportunities.
we then went for some ice cream at manly (as one does) before heading home.

heres some pics for ya

What a great way to spend a mucked up date Vingo!

I love Sydney Harbour and the surrounds. Great pics!!!

I'd hate to live in amongst all those lights, but great to visit. Glad you both still had a terrific time.

Ving it's good to see how the other half lives now and again but I'm like you live in the country A change is good as a rest but don't get to comfortable.
Glad you enjoyed it

Very nice pics Vingo, I really like your Manly shots, great perspective.
And the bridge climb shot too (and your big/small image in this months comp).

You should send your "Luna" park shot into LPOD.......

Yep 8 sec exposure at ISO 200, f/7.6 zoomed at 36mm F.L but the camera's internal clock says you took it at 4:16 pm so you need to set the right time on your Nikon Coolpix P2.

I also know your bank details/PIN's too David.

I'm just being a smartie pants.

There's a really cool plugin called Opanda which is free and will show you the details of most photos.
http://www.opanda.com/en/iexif/index.html

I think also Firefox has this feature built in but not sure cos I don't use it.
