Sorry Philip dumb question but I'm assuming M42x.75 threaded end, how large is the other end (ID) and is it threaded internally?
I have a lathe and could modify them if they suit my purpose size wise.
I don't have an SC scope but it could be more cost affective than buying alloy and machining from scratch, plus time saving and less waste.

Hi Leo no internal thread at other end of adapter tube in either of them.Other end is a a flange that has a diameter of 48 mm. Have also got this though , that may suit your need, it’s part of a camera eyepiece adapter.Has T2 thread male one end and T2 female at other end. See picture.
