APM ED Apo 16x70 Magnesium Series Binoculars
These present as brand new with only a handful of uses. I have upgraded to a 100mm aperture pair so I don't need a smaller pair as well.
Comes with original box, instructions, soft case and sling. I don't have the tripod mount though.
APM has dropped their price recently from $1400 to $1225 plus whatever shipping costs.
