NGC 3576 area

NGC 3576 (The Statue of Liberty Nebula)

NGC 3576 is a bright emission nebula in the Sagittarius arm of the galaxy. It is also approximately 100 light years across and 6000 to 9000 light-years away from Earth.

Camera: Zwo 1600mm
Filters: Astronmik LRGB HA and OIII 6nm
Mount: 10micron GM3000
Total time 8.8 hrs

Looks good Ben.
I particularly like the wider field view with the Southern Tadpoles included and the colours are really nice (although it looks like some of the detail might be getting crushed a bit by the IIS picture size limit).

Thanks for your comment. But yet yeah, IIS picture size limit killed some of the details. I'll upload a close up of the tadpoles soon.

A great image Ben! Love the one with 3603 & 3576 together. The colours are spot on and you've revealed the nuance of hues very nicely. Well done!

Thanks Marcus,

I do try to match the natural colours as I can when I process my images. As I does take me a while to process all the data, but I do like to spend the time.

Yeah, I used excel. It does make life easier when you fill out the data. Do you want a copy?
