Has anyone had experience buying from
Optics Central ? Good, Bad or indifferent
I am looking to purchase a particular scope
From them to trail as a first scope for young
Beginners.

I’ve bought from them a couple of times. Most notably my mount came from them. I found them very helpful to deal with and the staff are friendly.

Thanks all for your input. I picked up a ZWO TC40 tripod from them. Couldn't believe the price, so it seemed a bit weird. All good though. I ordered Saturday and it turned up today.

I've bought a couple of things from them now. Prices are pretty much the same as everyone else however their dispatch and shipping seems a bit faster.

thier customer service and dispatch

ASI533MC buy
Decided to make an incremental step up in my AP journey with the purchase of my first dedicated astro camera a ZWO ASI533MC.
Hunted around for a retailer who had one in stock and could price match.
Phoned Optics Central and spoke to Gerald.
Placed my order yesterday, it arrived today in Geelong.
Certainly be checking them out for any future purchases.
