Gabby

This is my first collaboration with my new micro spider mate. Ordinarily around here, new (to us) creatures are automatically called Trev (coz Trev's ya mate), regardless of gender, until they "choose" their real name (hippy wife, hippy life), chooks, foals, dogs, magpies, sugar gliders, phascogales, umm, the female cat seemed to like Trev and it stuck, so for now at least, he's Trev. Trev's set up camp inside the SCT and I don't have the patience to evict him. I doubt he'll stay long as I don't think he'll catch much in there. So even though it's probably more about tilt or astigmatism, Trev said he'd take the blame for the demonic horns on the bright stars, like a mate. Maybe next time we'll get Trev to tell us how he managed to get in there, that would make an interesting story time?

The framing could have been better but I settled with this because I was getting Thor's hat earlier in the night and it wouldn't fit any other way, I mean it is a hat after all. The data acquisition was trying, being always later in the night with clouds and the usual humidity woes. I did get one dry night about 45%rh. I have processed this nearly 20 times coz Trev said he wasn't happy with it. I may have forgot to ask him this time.

That's a very pretty picture John, I reckon you probably used your cooled mono camera on this one . It certainly does a great job of bringing out the detail. Well done!
