Thanks gentleman..it indeed has been a special day as it is the first time I have ever been this old...had a great day so far working in the Observatory and later I have some great videos on molecular biology to watch that I have only watched a couple of times plus I found some rotting leaves in the fish pond to examine under the microscope.the expectation as to finding something exciting is very high..and looking forward to tomorrow as I need to go to town to get more medication from my favorite lady at the Chemists ... Maybe live it up and get a big mac for lunch..life is good.

When I went to the dentist last week the lovely girl who I always look forward to seeing as we hit it off so well was not there..I suspected changes had taken place with the practice so I did not ask about her...however today as I came out of the chemist she came walking down the street so we had a nice chat and she told me where she now works...so two bunches of flowers on Wednesday I guess.
And I had a wonderful time in the chemists..my favorite girl was there but two others ended up serving me as she was tied up with a customer before me...anyways the Pharmacist came down to talk about my medication so I showed him and all the girls my latest astro work and lapped up their compliments and left with everyone happy...which is what I like...my main meds won't be available until Wednesday so flowers will wait and now they have to for the team..no worries..flowers are a wonderful investment..first the joy you bring to people and they never forget...
Still feeling very young..I am starting to think my birth certificate should read 1957 not 1947...

Well Alex you certainly have the charm for the young ladies, and why not if they don't mind the attention, it brings joy to all.

That is kind of you to say that Leon but I don't limit myself just to young ladies nor to just ladies. I find there is so much stress in so many people's lives just to give them encouragement and a happy yarn can be the most appreciated gift in their day.
I do hope you find what you are seeking up North

Happy Birthday Alex. You share your birthday with a good friend of mine, who is a professor of stuff I don't understand, and through him I know that you also share your birthday with David Bowie, Elvis Presley and Stephen Hawking. So they are in good company.
