Thanks for posting
An historic photo with the German genius standing proud
Me standing behind a Saturn 5 with 5 x F1 engines at the Kennedy Space Centre back in 2018 ( my wife and I spent 3 days at the KSC , part of Canada / US / Hawaii retirement holiday )
I said to myself how on earth did they get this monster off the ground ( in the mid 60’s too ) Saturn 5 test flights started in 66’ I think ?
It’s a mind boggling site standing next to one, I’ll never forget it for the rest of my life
Cheers
Martin

Sydney Powerhouse museum has (had?) one of the engines tucked away in a corner. Yeah, it's insane how big they are - standing under it was like standing under a church dome.
