I just like the wider field of view on NGC 6188 gives out more detail
but still a nice image.
Martin.

You've captured lots of SII.
Thanks M&T...I’m still gathering more SII...some interesting structures there.

Nicely done Peter. I'm not totally convinced by the colour but the detail looks great.

Cheers

Thanks Steve...I suspect this is still a work in progress...as I agree on the colour. The SII is too thin...but tantalising when you get some depth to it.

The H-alpha simply booms in...taming it is proving to be interesting.

Its coming along nicely, slow cooked like I often seem to do!

Perhaps try your reducer for the S11 to beef up the signal.

Greg.

Ta Greg...grabbled some 5 hours of SII now...plus made a radical departure from
the Hubble Palette to a more eye-soothing gold/turquoise tone....but have to say am now very pleased with the colour

I suppose you could call it a remapped Hubble, as the SII, Ha OIII still starts off mapped as RGB...but the clearly Aussie thing to do is to then map green to gold
