[NOT REQUIRED] Losmandy/vixen saddle with 3 inch mounting holes

I am after a saddle plate (it will go on a side by side losmandy bar) that suits Losmandy and Vixen bars and has the 2 x 1/4 holes, 3 inches apart.
Like the "Dual M6" in this photo

Your photo shows a 7 inch plate with two clamps.
I have a 4 inch plate with one clamp which is absolutely unmarked. It is very similar to a plate advertised by Anascortes described as Losmandy plate for G8, G11 and Tak mounts. The Anascortes shows a tapered base, mine is flat, the clamp knob is different from the Anascortes in that it has two wings to provide purchase. I am racking my brains over how I came to own it but nothing comes to mind, it would have been bought from Bintel when they had a Melbourne shop.
The price would be $50 plus postage.
