I was blown away by that Spider Andy01 posted a few weeks back and by the audacity of his O3,N2, S2 mix. So what better target to try out my new (second-hand) STF-8300 recently purchased on IIS (thanks David).
The seeing has been lousy and so this is not as sharp as I'd like but - that's life.
I don't have an N2 filter so this mix is mapped Red(O3), Green (Ha), Blue (S2).
The scope is a Tak FSQ85ED and the exposures are quite short - 6x5minutes each filter. Of course more data would be great but these days, even rolling back the roof is more often than not a waste of time. High levels of dust and haze in the air.
Anyway, hope this doesn't send too many NB purists into early PTSD.

Hi Peter, good start!
Delighted that my image was a source of inspiration for you and well done on joining the "trying something new & different" club.
More data will certainly help reveal the finer structures on this object.
Maybe you could also download the NIK filter pack from google - it's free and fun to play with. https://www.google.com/nikcollection/
