OpticsCentral will be holding a FREE Open House Night this Saturday 8th of October from 7:30pm in our Mitcham Showroom in Victoria. It is a part of the International Observe the Moon Night where we will be appreciating and celebrating education of the Moon and the planets. There's going to be a range of telescopes - reflectors, GoTos, dobsonians from Saxon, Celestron and Skywatcher for you to try out. It will be a great chance for you to come along and see what telescopes are out in the market and what suits your needs.
There will also be FREE goodie bags, FREE refreshments and speeches from ourselves and a member of the Astronomical Society of Victoria (ASV). It will be a great night to hang out with friends and observe the skies with likeminded people. If you're an experienced observer or amateur astronomer, we would love to hear your insights and your experiences firsthand. It will be a great opportunity to learn new things about the world around us. There will also be a FREE raffle drawn at the end with a large prize (including a telescope
