'nother narrow lagoon

While waiting for my new imaging scope and finally getting two nights cloud free, I figured I'd try and get a bit more performance out of the ASA DDM85 by playing with PHD2.
Here's a SHO palette of the 'goon - 15 minute subs, and about 2 hours on each channel. Scope is a 10" f4.5, camera a QSI 683, filters are 5nm astrodons, and an hour's worth of mucking about in Pixinisght.

Lovely detail and depth Andrew, a bit over sharpened but otherwise real nice

Hi Marcus - a 16" f3.6 imaging newt. Unfortunately, the manufacturer noticed a chip in the primary shortly before sending it off, so now I have to wait while they make a new one.

Thanks Colin - bit lazy so I used the unsharp mask in PI without any star masks, and got little black donuts. At least the data's there, and there's no shortage of cloudy weather heading our way to give me a chance to clean it up!
