Stock Standard Eta to Salvage the Night

Hi All

I ran into some imaging problems on Saturday night and to salvage something from the night I switched to imaging with a standard Canon 6D and 400mm lens. Image consist of 30 x 3 minute subs at 1600ISO. Of course the image runs out of legs in the red spectrum but the lovely star field makes up for it.

The highly compressed version here is not too flash but a larger scale image (40%) at my Flickr site is a more satisfying view. Use the magnifying glass to scroll around.

Thanks for looking.
Ted

Nice and sharp and quite good in the corners, Ted. Must be a decent lens!
