Orion Starshoot Autoguider

This is a Mk I version in almost unused condition with all cables, S/W and original packaging. $250 plus postage at cost.

Now $200 + Postage at cost.

Hi Jonathan

can you tell me how old the Starshoot autoguider is
and if you using it with PHD 2?

It's two years old, but very seldom used. I'm afraid I've only ever used it with the version of PHD that came with it. Maybe there are other folk out there that know the answer to that one.

I am interested in this Autoguider if it is in working condition and can be used with my GSO 50mm finder scope with correct adapters

They certainly have been used on 50mm guide scopes, I recall that Orion sell a package like that. Have you seen an aftermarket adaptor, or know someone who can fabricate one?

Works very well with 50mm guide 'scope and PHD2. Never had any trouble finding a guide star. Generally from 10 to 20 show up at 3 secs exposure.

Thanks for that Info David. I'll give it one last bump and reduce the price to $200 + postage at cost.
