Heads Up- Wed. 21st Oct. @ 8.30pm AEST- Nat Geo Channel - Mission to Pluto.

Heads up to Australian Foxtel viewers tonight Wed. 21st October
@ 8.30pm AEST. Nat Geo documentary, "Mission Pluto".
For Sydney it'll be 9.30pm.

"NASA's new horizons spacecraft will capture the first-ever close-up images and scientific observations of Pluto and its system of large and small moons. In this unprecedented special event, witness one of the great explorations of our time."

It'll also be airing the same time on the Nat Geo HD channel.
That's where I'll be watching ..... bring on some HD Pluto goodness, oh yeahhh .

There was a Pluto doco on Foxtel about a month ago, but I just can't recall if this is the same one I watched or if this a newer more up-todate doco. Though the other one was surprisingly current . Oh well, if so, I'll enjoy it again the second time around .

Sounds like the jet lag from your U.K. trip is finally catching up with you?

I endured 21 minutes and 52 seconds before I could take no more.

That is 21 minutes and 52 seconds of my life I will never get back.

F.U. Rupert Murdoch and your army of tapeworms.
You have demonstrated an incredible degree of skill (and commitment) to turn the scientific endeavour of a generation into an asinine parody of a McDonalds commercial.

If anything, this doco documents a data point demonstrating the ablation of the collective human intelligence.......

I feel very sad that this is not an atypical representation of the endeavours of the (larger) scientific community.

Well said I felt that there was a lot of "filler" rubbish and not much information. They could have picked a better presenter, too. Jason Silva made it seem more like something you would find on Discovery Junior.

Definitely a big thumbs down from me, sorry to say.
