This was purchased here new about 12 months ago and works just fine. Comes with 2 cables - the original 1 for an EQ6, the other is homemade for an LX200GPS (and also LX200). Regquires 4 batteries - not included. Cost $140 posted - sell for $110 posted.

Does it plug into an RJ11 port on the hand controller rather than the DB9 port on the EQ6 ? i.e. does it need to go 'through' the hand controller ?
