5 inch focuser - that must be the largest on the market.

It sounds like a great scope. Probably more optimised for the larger chips in terms of the wide circle. FSQ106ED did fine with that but with the occasional complaints about focuser flex.

It looks very expensive!

Portable? I guess so. I've never heard of an FSQ falling out of collimation. You'd want one hell of a case.

Sitting there on the table - it so looks like a TOA150. Massive.

My TEC180 was "portable". I would rate that as about as large an APO that is still portable. Perhaps the TEC200 may still qualify as well.

It is quite big in diameter but not long. I have not seen a scope with a 5 inch focuser before. I guess that means all the accessories may be that bit more expensive as well. Or do you just get a reducing ring and everything they already sell fits?
