[SOLD] Saxon 8" solid tube Dobsonian

Selling a Saxon 8" solid tube Dobsonian. Some signs of wear (focuser knob, mark on the exterior of the finderscope, primary mirror has a tiny amount of dust) but still works very well. Comes with a Telrad attached, Bob's Knobs on the primary and the standard 10mm and 25mm Plossl eyepieces that come with this type of scope. Pick up only from Moorooka, Brisbane. Asking $250

HI mate, i had a skywatcher dod. similar. i would take it over to a mates place for the kids.

i had several different eye pieces.
he has asked me to get him one. this is up and we are on the gold coast.
this is just an expression of interest. right now. He's in the process of going through the motions as it's Christmas. is the price negotiable. as i recently sold my dod. $200. that goes toward a EQ5 and ota 8"/10" goto. from andrews. if not here. cheers.

I would be very happy if the scope went to kids to enjoy (and they could see an awful lot with this scope) and price is certainly negotiable. As a second hand scope you can have some fun with it without being too precious :-) Collimation holds well too so maintaining it should be easy.
