This is part of the Chameleon Cloud Complex, quite faint and a real challenge for a DSLR!
This one will end up as a mosaic, didn't quite get IC 2631 in the field. In the field Ced 111 white in colour, Ced 110 blue reflection nebula and GN11.07.3 the small pointed red nebula. The dark nebula is Be 144.
I need more data to smooth this image out, quite surprised there's anything at all with parts of the complex being so faint!
Equipment used.
8” F/4 astrograph , baader type III coma corrector,. HEQ Pro 5 mount, orion mini guider.
Camera.
Unmodded Cannon 1100D, Cooler box.
21 x 8 minute subs ISO 800 , flats and bias frames applied.
Stacked in Deep Sky Stacker .Processed in Photoshop 7.
Cheers,
Justin.

Mate this is a tough target. Did this a year or so ago and spent endless nights collecting data and in the end I was not happy with the result. I will revisit it another time, so for the time you have collected this is a pretty reasonable result. Some nice detail and colour is looking nice.

Thanks Paul!
It's a challenge, that's for sure.
I'm surprised to get this much, dark skies certainly help. My processing has progressed too, wouldn't have been able squeeze this much out a year ago.
