Registax help, blurry image

I have a video of the Sun I am attempting to process and after I select alignment points, etc the image seems to be just as blurry as it was before. When I add the wavelets my image has long streaks going from top to bottom.

Can anyone provide any tips on how I can improve the image quality?

I have been following tutorials but I can't seem to get a good result. Maybe my RAW data is crap?

Also as an example I put one of the Wavelets high and I get the weird line effect.
