Venus in UV Nov 16th

Hi All,

Imaged Venus early this evening. Think I have sorted out my capture setting
now for this UV filter.
Have had problems with the desktop that lives down stairs in my observatory.
I have a 24" HD flat screen down stairs and a 23" HD flat screen up stairs
by my telescope, they are connected via a powered DVI splitter. My data
normally is dumped to a 3 TB external drive down by my desktop, that way I
don't have to carry anything fragile up and down stairs in the early hours
of the morning.

With my desktop out of action I am using a high spec laptop which I must
carry up and down stairs along with the USB 3.0 external drive. The problem
with the signal strength on the last Venus image I sent in was due to not
having the same version of my capture software on the laptop that was
installed on my desktop, a problem that I have now rectified. This Venus
data came up much better with some nice subtle detail in the clouds.

Regards
Trevor
