Great job Fernado, lovely colour it really is a show piece section of the southern sky that area...when I put the 16803 back on the AG12 I must shoot it myself

Yes a fantastic effort. Galaxies are my first option with deep sky objects, but rarely done and well photographed closer objects are hard to beat.

Nicely done Fernando. It looks like an aerial shot of a bushfire but in outer space.

Greg.

Very nice colour Fernando. Great detail and pretty smooth overall. You have certainly come a long way since the days of SCP. Well done.

Hi Mike, thank you for the compliment. I agree, this area of the southern sky is a true show. I am eager to see your images of this region, sure enough they will be more than a show !!

Well, I love galaxies as well. I got a new mount to be able to image them better, I am almost taming the beast to put it to work. I have been accumulated a great deal of specific knowledge about heavy mounts, servo systems using DC motors, etc..from this process.

Hi Paul, first thank you for the kind comments. Yes you are right...I miss the SCP time and all the discussions we used to have there. I am thankful to you and all SCP's crew for that good time, stuffed with good discussions and learning.

Hi Marc,
Thanks for the thumbs up !!

I love my TMB for medium FOV imaging. The image definition is razor sharp and the objective lens's correction is very good.

Best Regards,

Fernando
