Nice little galaxy group for larger aperures

Just thought I might post this short exposure of a galaxy group in Microscopium that I came upon by chance. This was only a test exposure but I might try for something better if the weather lets up. The spiral galaxy is IC5105A.

Cheers

Steve

Tiny indeed but you've got some really good details in that field. Well done.

Thats a neat field Steve

what scope/camera combination were you using? It would be good to get a feel for the size of the FOV

Thanks Pete. The field is about 23 x 35 arc minutes across (slightly cropped from full frame). It was taken with my recently acquired 36.8cm (14.5") F9 Ritchey Chretien and a STXL11002 CCD camera.
