I've found the delivery date in Mackay can vary either side of day AST hits the stand. But this may be due to the erratic post up here.

However, when I have contacted AST about a late delivery I have found them very friendly and they have dispatched an extra copy when necessary.

Yes, we do have a pretty good mail system compared to the old Pony Express Rider

So how come it regularly takes a letter 10 days to get to here from QLD, but only 3 days for parcels from Hong Kong.
