I hear you guy's talking of all the rain...we live in a country with such contrasting weather.... yesterday driving between Parkes and Forbes I encountered a raging dust storm....not a sign of any rain...it's just so dry here...

Regards
Paul

We were up till 4.30 this morning lifting stock at our printing business, just in case. That was after 2 inches of water flowed into our garage and wet all the carpets downstairs.

Hope that worked out well Paul.. crazy winds on the coast .. looks like we have been carpet bombed.. highway exit sign bent to the ground .. all the blocks still in ground .. but the mounting poles bent to 45+.. retaining walls on cars .. and the odd power pole blown over ....Had a neibour down the street ask If we'd seen any garden sheds
(he lost three.).. weird at 3.30 this morning it was a pretty clear sky.

Yes everythings OK at work Graham. The flood peak at noon yesterday was well below the levee wall. We've done this a number of times, when flood forecasts panic people. I suppose they have to err or the side of caution. Our carpets at home downstairs are still soaked and starting to pong. I was hoping for a break in the weather and now there is wind warning, and more damn showers. I wonder how Glen's observing shed fared in all this?

Gorgeous up here, clear blue skies (26 dg and 35% humidity at 2pm)... lot of dry air around for a change.
We have our viewing night tonight, with public invited.
Should be a beautiful night, cant wait!!
